Mandurah Cat Cruelty

Mandurah Cat Cruelty

The RSPCA says it is disturbed and disgusted by the reported beheading of a cat in Mandurah.

"Animal cruelty is not tolerated by the community and persons guilty of such offences should be prosecuted," RSPCA WA Chief Executive David van Ooran said.

"The RSPCA has a 24 hour animal cruelty hotline and urges anyone with any information on this or any other act of cruelty to report it on 1300 278 3589."
