Election of Board Members pursuant to Clause 5 of The Royal Society for the
Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Western Australia Board Election Procedures
ELECTION NOTICE
Nominations are called from eligible candidates for the election of:
Board Member (3) – 3 year term
Nominations will be accepted from Friday 21 August 2015.
Nomination forms are to be completed in accordance with The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Western Australia Inc Board Election Procedures and must reach me no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 11 September 2015. Should an election be necessary, voting will close at 12.00 noon on Friday 16 October 2015.
Note: Nomination forms must be signed by the candidate, who has been a financial member for at least one (1) year at the date nominations close, and countersigned by two other people who are financial members as at the date of nomination. Candidates may include with their nomination form a statement not exceeding 150 words in length. The statement must be confined to biographical information about the candidate and the candidate's policies or beliefs, and is not to contain information that the Returning Officer considers to be false, misleading or defamatory. Candidates may also include contact details and a recent passport size photograph.

Nomination forms are available either from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Western Australia (Inc) office or from me at the Western Australian Electoral Commission. Originals of faxed nominations must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Returning Officer.
