RSPCA Responds to Two Disturbing Reports of Cruelty Overnight

RSPCA WA is investigating two reports of alleged cruelty to animals overnight: A dog was apparently shot with a nail gun in Victoria Park; and in Quinns Rocks a girl was filmed apparently slapping a dog repeatedly with considerable force with a rubber thong. Inspectors are investigating both cases.
