In the Armadale Magistrate Court Peter Campbell FLEMING (44) of Armadale pleaded guilty to failing to take reasonable steps to alleviate a dog from suffering.

Thomas Herbert GLASS (23) of Mount Barker was convicted today in Albany Magistrates Court to a $2,500 fine plus $182.30 costs.

Scott Toop (33), formerly of Eden Hill, pleaded guilty to ill-treating an animal and in Armadale Magistrates Court today was fined $3000 plus costs and prohibited from owning an animal for 20 years.
